Clients with moored vessels are supplied with a digital card, which activates all available services of the Rhodes Marina. Through the unique number (pin), which is given to each guest, access is provided to the services via smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Each guest will be able to access all the information he needs about the service package agreed, the current rates and extra services such as repairs etc. All this can be performed either on line or by phone, with no extra charge and without having to contact the reception desk or customer service. Guests will also be able to order food, coffee or items from the shops in the Marina, make a reservation at the restaurant etc.
