Reservation terms and policies
*All berthing requests are considered to be confirmed with the necessary sales department approval.
*Mooring fees for visits up to 90 nights are fully paid in advance and are non-refundable for any reason.
*Following this process, changes to arrival date is possible to apply without any charge up to 4 days prior to arrival date.
*Cancellation of fully paid reservations leads to the amount to stay at the client’s account as a credit to be used at a later date within the same season.
*Any request for dates alteration or cancellation within 4 days prior to arrival, is not permitted. The amount will be fully invoiced.
*The check in is allowed within the marina at 10:00 am onwards. Early arrivals are accepted given availability upon approval.
*Check out must take place not later than 10:00 am. In the event guests wish to remain more than this, a half day mooring fees charge is applied should departure is up to 16:00 and full day charge should the departure be later than 16:00.
