Rhodes Marina hosts Rodos Cup Regatta 2022 Awards Ceremony
The 25th Rodos Cup Regatta, co-organised by the Rhodes Open Sea Sailing Association (ASIATHR) was recently held from July 17th to 22nd 2022. This exciting event attracted visitors from around the world, with 43 boats entering this top sailing event in the Aegean this year. The iconic route enabled participants to sail majestically around the islands of the Dodecanese, namely Kos, Nisyros, Tilos, Symi and Rhodes.
Over four hundred sailors and participants took part in the Rodos Cup Regatta 2022, taking advantage of this unique opportunity to enjoy Greek hospitality and immerse themselves in Greek culture.
The exciting race finished off on the coast of Rhodes, otherwise known as the Sun Island and one of the most popular holiday islands in Greece. Participants docked at the world class Rhodes Marina, a landmark project in Greece and one of the largest development projects in the Dodecanese. This prestigious upmarket development offers superior yachting facilities and amenities that were enjoyed by all the guests and participants upon arrival.
The Rhodes Marina raised the bar for events in the region by hosting a spectacular closing ceremony.
On Friday July 22nd, the Rhodes marina hosted the Rodos Cup Regatta Award ceremony providing a sumptuous meal in front of the marina piers.
